- Develop and maintain strong client relationships in the freight forwarding and logistics sector
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share through strategic outreach
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals
- Prepare and present sales proposals aligned with client needs

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Valid driver's license (transport allowance provided)
