In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving market expansion, cultivating strategic partnerships, and spearheading sales initiatives for high-value industrial equipment and energy solutions. You will work within the heart of the Central Region, leveraging your technical sales expertise to provide consultative solutions to our diverse client base. We are looking for a results-oriented professional who excels at identifying new growth opportunities and maintaining long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share in the Renewable Energy and Heavy Machinery sectors.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through aggressive lead generation and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering firms, contractors, and project developers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation and site assessment to proposal delivery and final contract negotiation.
  • Provide expert technical advice on heavy machinery and energy solution specifications to match client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the internal engineering and product teams to ensure client feedback informs future solution development.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine value propositions and sales positioning.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within heavy machinery or energy industries.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales and exceeding annual revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of Renewable Energy technologies and industrial equipment lifecycles.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a complex pipeline in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software and data-driven sales reporting.
  • Valid Class 3 driving license is a plus for site visits within the region.
