- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performance sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for BYD's electric vehicle portfolio and dining experiences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients and luxury vehicle buyers
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through personalized consultation and post-sales support
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional campaigns and events

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (5+ years sales management experience may substitute)
- Proven track record in automotive, luxury goods, or experience-based sales leadership
- Strong expertise in sales strategy development, CRM implementation, and team training
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
