Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Commercial Fire and Security market segment
- Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Cultivate strategic relationships with key stakeholders including architects, contractors, and facility managers
- Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with product specialists to deliver customized solutions addressing complex client challenges
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within the sales process to enhance customer experience
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement data-driven corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 7 years of progressive sales experience with 3+ years in management roles
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in B2B or technical solutions environment
- Strong knowledge of fire safety systems, security solutions, or building automation technologies
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with cross-cultural communication abilities
