We are seeking a high-performing and strategic Sales Manager to join our dynamic team located in the heart of Kallang Way. As a key player in the construction materials sector, you will be responsible for spearheading revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and nurturing long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a proven track record in B2B sales and a deep understanding of the local construction landscape. You will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation and technical consultation to contract negotiation and post-sale client success. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share in the construction materials industry.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, including prospecting, cold calling, site visits, technical presentations, and final contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and project managers.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate clients on technical specifications and benefits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the construction, building materials, or architectural hardware sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore construction industry and existing network of industry contacts.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of professional integrity and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
