In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our advanced HVAC, building automation, and energyâefficiency solutions to a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.
You will develop and execute sales strategies, identify new market opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersâincluding consulting engineers, contractors, and facility managers. Working closely with our engineering, product management, and marketing teams, you will translate customer needs into tailored solutions that deliver measurable value. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed annual revenue targets for the Controls product line.
- Identify, qualify, and capture new business opportunities across the commercial and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, consultants, contractors, and endâusers.
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to develop customized solutions, proposals, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and maximize profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide actionable insights.
- Travel to client sites, trade shows, and industry events as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience, preferably in HVAC, building automation, or energy solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex accounts.
- Solid understanding of building controls, HVAC systems, and IoT technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel within Malaysia.
