Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed annual revenue targets for the Controls product line.
  • Identify, qualify, and capture new business opportunities across the commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, consultants, contractors, and end‑users.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop customized solutions, proposals, and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and maximize profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide actionable insights.
  • Travel to client sites, trade shows, and industry events as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience, preferably in HVAC, building automation, or energy solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex accounts.
  • Solid understanding of building controls, HVAC systems, and IoT technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Malaysia.
