- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Medical Devices and F&B Manufacturing industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Understand client needs and provide tailored conveying solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client specifications
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in technical or industrial products
- Strong engineering background or technical aptitude
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in Medical Devices or F&B Manufacturing industries preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
