You will focus on cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, driving room revenue, and securing MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) bookings. You will play an integral part in crafting bespoke stay and event experiences for our corporate partners while ensuring the hotel remains the top choice for business travelers in the Orchard area.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new corporate accounts and expand existing partnerships.
- Proactively conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations to showcase the hotel's heritage charm and world-class facilities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate closely with the Revenue Management and Events teams to optimize occupancy and achieve RevPAR targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and corporate demand patterns to pivot strategies effectively.
- Represent Goodwood Park Hotel at industry trade shows, networking events, and client functions.
- Maintain an accurate and updated CRM database to track pipeline progress and forecasting.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive revenue targets.
- Strong existing network of corporate accounts and travel management agencies in Singapore.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all executive levels.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced luxury setting.
