In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and enhancing the brand's presence in the corporate travel and events segment. You will leverage your industry expertise to cultivate long-term partnerships with corporate accounts, proactively identify new business opportunities, and execute strategic sales initiatives that align with the hotel's objectives.
As a key member of the sales department, you will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Your ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions will be crucial in maximizing revenue and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets from corporate accounts.
- Identify and prospect new corporate clients through market research, networking, and industry events.
- Manage a portfolio of existing corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of retention and upselling opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with corporate clients while maximizing profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to design customized proposals and packages.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, client meetings, and industry functions to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of corporate sales experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the Singapore corporate travel and events market.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
