Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new business in the Digital Marketing and IT software sectors.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial client discovery to final delivery and sign-off.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing regular progress updates.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams and creative designers to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations for prospective clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain an organized CRM system to track sales pipelines and project performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, preferably within an agency or IT consultancy setting.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems (SEO, SEM, Social Media) and basic IT software project workflows.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- High proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
