Are you a results-driven sales leader looking to make a significant impact in the industrial manufacturing sector? Herman Industries is currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager (Cutting Tool) to spearhead the market development for our premium Kennametal cutting tool solutions. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and expanding our market presence across the Jakarta Raya region.

You will serve as the bridge between our technical product excellence and our clients' operational needs. This position requires a dynamic individual who can navigate complex sales cycles, mentor junior staff, and identify new business opportunities to ensure the continued success of Herman Industries in the competitive cutting tools market.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead the strategic sales planning and execution for cutting tool products, specifically focusing on market development and expansion.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet and exceed individual and team KPIs.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts in the metalworking and manufacturing industries.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical support and engineering teams to provide tailored solutions for complex customer challenges.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and presentations for senior management review.
  • Drive initiatives to expand market share and enhance brand visibility for Herman Industries.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record in the industrial tools or manufacturing sector.
  • Deep understanding of cutting tools, metalworking solutions, and the Kennametal product line is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and achieve aggressive sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
