In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive sales strategies that drive new business opportunities and maximize revenue streams. You will act as a strategic partner to key stakeholders, managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing high-value contracts. We are looking for an individual who can identify market trends, lead a high-performing sales team, and build lasting relationships with clients in the data center and energy sectors.   • Develop and implement aggressive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals for data center solutions.
  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities within the Singapore market, specifically focusing on the West Region.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and consistent results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, C-level executives, and partners in the data center and energy industries.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of competitors and adapt sales tactics accordingly.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and product management to ensure client needs are met with tailored solutions.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven track record of success in sales management, specifically within the Data Center, Energy, or Infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore market landscape, particularly the West Region.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and drive performance.
  • Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to exceed sales targets and close deals.
  • Relevant tertiary degree or professional certification in Business, Engineering, or Sales is preferred.
