Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years in B2B sales management, with data centre/technology experience
- Proven track record in sales forecasting and trade program execution
- Strong analytical skills for point-of-sale data interpretation and business reviews
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
