- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize performance

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in pharmaceuticals or biotech
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
