Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for dewatering and slurry pump products
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in mining and construction sectors
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance metrics for executive review
- Coordinate with product development teams to align sales strategies with product innovations
- Conduct regular market visits and client needs assessments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in industrial equipment sales, with 2+ years in management
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in technical B2B environments
- Deep understanding of dewatering and slurry pump applications and specifications
- Strong leadership skills with ability to develop high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
