Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Director within the Fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and negotiation techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
