Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for distribution channels to exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve performance KPIs
- Coordinate logistics and inventory management with distribution partners
- Prepare monthly sales reports and performance dashboards for leadership
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with distribution partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in sales management with distribution channel experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical skills and market research abilities
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams
