Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for drive technology and industrial automation products
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in key industry verticals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technical decision-makers and procurement stakeholders
- Lead complex sales cycles including product demonstrations, technical consultations, and contract negotiations
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform pricing strategies
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align sales strategies with technical capabilities
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and forecast revenue performance
- Mentor junior sales staff on technical product knowledge and sales methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales within industrial automation or drive technology sectors
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in B2B environments
- Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, variable frequency drives, and motion control
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Experience managing key accounts and developing long-term client partnerships
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
