Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales within industrial automation or drive technology sectors
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in B2B environments
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, variable frequency drives, and motion control
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
  • Experience managing key accounts and developing long-term client partnerships
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
