Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for electronic components.
- Manage and grow key accounts, specifically focusing on building strong relationships with Top 10 EMS companies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electronic manufacturing services sector across the region.
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sourcing, logistics, and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience in the electronic components distribution industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) landscape and supply chain.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
