Are you an experienced sales professional with a deep understanding of the semiconductor or specialty gas industry? Linde Group is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager for Electronic Specialty Gas (ESG) to join our team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the profitable growth of our ESG division by identifying new business opportunities, fostering long-term client relationships, and strategically positioning our premium gas solutions within the electronics manufacturing sector.

As part of the global Linde team, you will collaborate with technical and operations departments to provide bespoke solutions that meet the rigorous standards of the electronics industry. We are looking for a proactive commercial leader who can navigate complex sales cycles, understand technical specifications, and deliver value-driven results in a competitive market.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share for electronic specialty gases across the region.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new customer accounts within the electronics and semiconductor manufacturing industry.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation and technical consultation to contract negotiation and final closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement managers and engineering teams.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory shifts to optimize product sales strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal product management and supply chain teams to ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management on a regular basis.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within specialty gases, chemicals, or the semiconductor industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets in a high-tech or industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of ESG product applications and the semiconductor manufacturing process.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence technical and executive-level decision-makers.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and operate within the unique industrial landscape of Jurong Island.
