Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets within the marine industry.
- Conduct technical consultations and product demonstrations to address complex client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to ensure solution alignment.
- Train and mentor junior staff on technical product knowledge and sales techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the marine or industrial equipment sector.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex engineering concepts.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and exceeding performance KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid class 3/4 driving license (often required for site visits in this industry).
- High proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
