We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our business development efforts in the competitive Enterprise SaaS and ERP Solutions landscape. In this high-impact role, you will take full ownership of driving revenue growth for the Singaporean and broader regional markets. You will be the face of our sales organization, responsible for identifying high-potential opportunities, building lasting relationships with C-level executives, and navigating complex sales cycles to close significant deals. - Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth specifically within the Enterprise SaaS and ERP sectors.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial prospecting and lead qualification through to negotiation, contract closure, and account management.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and partners in the Singaporean and regional markets.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with product management and marketing teams to refine value propositions and create compelling sales collateral.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet and exceed individual and collective performance targets.
- Present quarterly business reviews to senior leadership, providing accurate forecasting and strategic insights.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a specific focus on Enterprise SaaS or ERP software solutions.
- A strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with C-level executives and drive high-stakes decision-making processes.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin or other regional languages is considered a significant advantage.
