Join GMP Group as a Sales Manager specializing in upstream Oil & Gas capital projects. This senior role demands strategic leadership in securing high-value EPC contracts across the APAC region. You'll leverage your extensive industry network to develop new business opportunities with FPSO/FSU operators, major EPC contractors, and shipyards. The position requires driving sales strategy execution, managing complex negotiations, and fostering long-term client relationships in the dynamic energy sector. Ideal candidates will possess a proven track record of capital project sales leadership and deep technical understanding of upstream O&G infrastructure development.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies for upstream O&G capital projects in APAC
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure with EPCs and operators
- Build and maintain relationships with FPSO/FSU operators, shipyards, and key stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver sales targets and revenue growth
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for leadership
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align technical solutions with client needs
Kualifikasi
- 10+ years of experience in upstream O&G project sales, specifically capital projects
- Proven network across FPSO/FSU operators, EPCs, and shipyards in APAC
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong track record in sales management and team leadership
- Expertise in contract negotiation and complex deal structuring
- Deep understanding of upstream O&G project lifecycles and technical requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
