Trust Recruit is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager (Events/Exhibitions / Outdoor Hunter Role!) DP2 to join our team in the vibrant Bukit Merah area. In this exciting position, you will drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across a diverse mix of event, exhibition, and outdoor hunter market segments.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of high‑impact events and exhibitions. By leveraging your hunter mindset and proactive outreach, you will convert leads into long‑term partnerships while meeting ambitious revenue targets.

This role offers a competitive base salary of $4,000 – $5,500 per month plus attractive commission structures, providing a clear pathway for high earners. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, operations, and creative teams to develop compelling proposals, manage budgets, and ensure flawless execution.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, prospect, and close new sales opportunities in the events, exhibitions, and outdoor hunter sectors.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and events teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecast sales performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and outdoor exhibitions to generate leads and brand awareness.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within events, exhibitions, or outdoor/hunter markets.
  • Strong business development skills with a hunter mentality and ability to generate new business.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
