Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate catering, events, and partnership deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies proactively.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing high-value clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and brand engagement initiatives across various digital and traditional channels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development within the F&B or Hospitality sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of local F&B market dynamics in Surabaya.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, result-oriented mindset.
