Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for fiber optic and cable infrastructure projects.
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities within the telecommunications, ISP, and government sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, consultants, and procurement managers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and technical proposal development to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the telecom space.
- Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure project specifications align with client requirements and company capabilities.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for senior leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunications/Electrical preferred), Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in B2B project sales, specifically within the fiber optic, cabling, or telecommunications hardware industry.
- Strong technical understanding of fiber optic products, FTTH solutions, and large-scale cable project deployment.
- Proven ability to manage high-value accounts and close complex, multi-million dollar contracts.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with fluency in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong existing network within the Indonesian telecommunications ecosystem is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and oversee project sites.
