We are currently seeking a high-caliber Sales Manager to drive business growth within the telecommunications sector in Indonesia. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships and leading sales initiatives for our Fiber Optic and Cable Project portfolio.

The successful candidate will act as a primary ambassador for YOFC, bridging the gap between our cutting-edge optical solutions and the evolving needs of the market. You will oversee the full sales lifecycle, from identifying new business opportunities to negotiating high-value contracts. This position requires a results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry to spearhead sales strategies and mentor a high-performing team. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the Fiber Optic and Cable Project segments to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and nurture strategic relationships with key telecommunications clients and partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and individual growth.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, client meetings, contract negotiation, and closure.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic presentations for senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to provide tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in sales, with a specific focus on the telecommunications or cable industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing key accounts and successfully closing high-value contracts.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
