Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for fire protection systems
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling activities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and technical proposals to prospective clients
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to develop customized solutions meeting client specifications
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management review
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining profitability standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fire protection, building services, or MEP industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
- Strong understanding of fire protection systems, codes, and regulations in Singapore
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Valid Singapore driving license would be an advantage
