- Ensure optimal in-store execution through effective merchandising and promotional activities
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance objectives
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to maintain competitive advantage
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales with focus on Modern Trade
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent understanding of retail operations and modern trade dynamics
- Leadership experience with demonstrated ability to manage sales teams
