Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team to ensure peak performance and motivation.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food service sector, including restaurants, hotels, and catering services.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular communication and professional engagement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and product offerings.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and supply chain departments to ensure promotional activities and product availability are aligned.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, with a specific focus on the food service, hospitality, or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Pahang and neighboring regions.
