Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans specifically tailored for the HoReCa and Food Service sectors in the Medan region.
  • Build, maintain, and expand a robust portfolio of key clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering businesses.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging culinary trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure optimal product delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, weekly pipeline reports, and market feedback to senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B sales experience specifically within the HoReCa or Food Service industry.
  • Established network and strong existing relationships within the Medan culinary and hospitality sector is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Sumatera Utara region to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards and FMCG distribution processes.
