Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Horeca sector clients in Makassar and Medan
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, and cafes
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory management
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends
- Collaborate with supply chain team to ensure seamless product delivery
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for regional leadership
- Train and mentor junior sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Deep understanding of Indonesian food service market dynamics
- Exceptional negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Willingness to travel across Makassar and Medan territories
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
