Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize occupancy rates
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and service delivery
- Plan and execute sales events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to attract new customers
- Monitor sales team performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality management
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems
- Deep understanding of Jakarta's hospitality market and business landscape
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions
