- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in Sea and Air Freight divisions
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client base across various industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in freight sales or logistics industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of sea freight and air freight operations
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools
