  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients in the logistics and freight forwarding sectors.
  • Manage and nurture key accounts to drive upsells, renewals, and overall account growth.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with warehouse operations and supply chain teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Present clear business cases and ROI demonstrations to prospective clients to secure contracts.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in sales, specifically within the logistics, freight forwarding, or warehousing industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and warehouse fulfillment processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
