Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial sales, with 2+ years in managerial/leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in mechanical components or automation sector
- Technical knowledge of gearmotors, gear units, and industrial power transmission systems
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous
