Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years in sales management, preferably in consumer goods/retail
- Proven experience managing general trade distribution channels
- Strong network of retail/distributor contacts in Jakarta Raya
- Expertise in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking with ability to execute tactical plans
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; business English proficiency required
