Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to secure government and corporate accounts in the Jakarta region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key government officials, agencies, and corporate stakeholders to drive repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Reservations, F&B, and Operations, to ensure seamless event execution and high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and economic shifts to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Conduct regular market visits, present hotel proposals, and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to the overall financial performance of the hotel.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably with a proven track record in government or corporate account management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred for communicating with international and local clients.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
