As a Sales Manager - Government, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by securing high-value government contracts, corporate partnerships, and large-scale MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) events. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to secure government and corporate accounts in the Jakarta region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key government officials, agencies, and corporate stakeholders to drive repeat business.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including Reservations, F&B, and Operations, to ensure seamless event execution and high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and economic shifts to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Conduct regular market visits, present hotel proposals, and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to the overall financial performance of the hotel.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably with a proven track record in government or corporate account management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred for communicating with international and local clients.
  • Valid driving license is an advantage.
