- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate government and SOE markets
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the public sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key government officials and decision-makers
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to develop customized solutions for government clients
- Conduct market research to stay informed about government policies, regulations, and procurement processes
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to government stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met and exceeded
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably with government or public sector clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Deep understanding of government procurement processes and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level government officials
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
