Tanggung Jawab

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate government and SOE markets
  2. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the public sector
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key government officials and decision-makers
  4. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
  5. Collaborate with product and technical teams to develop customized solutions for government clients
  6. Conduct market research to stay informed about government policies, regulations, and procurement processes

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably with government or public sector clients
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  4. Deep understanding of government procurement processes and regulations
