Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our healthcare solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adjust sales tactics proactively.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial outreach to closing and post-sale account management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine product messaging and improve lead conversion rates.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of the local healthcare landscape and procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs and revenue targets consistently.
  • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities and a self-starter mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
