Join PT. Mara Multi Niaga as a Sales Manager - HORECA and drive the growth of the Sensa Tabletop brand across the Indonesian market. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader to maximize brand presence, expand market share, and achieve specific volume objectives within the Hospitality, Restaurant, and Catering (HORECA) sector.
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, developing comprehensive market strategies, and building strong relationships with key accounts. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the HORECA sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize brand distribution and market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base for Sensa Tabletop products.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in hotels, restaurants, and catering services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales approaches for optimal performance.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align promotional activities with sales goals.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous business improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or Tabletop industry.
- Strong knowledge of the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) market dynamics in Indonesia.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
