Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for room sales, events, and corporate accounts.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing key clients.
- Lead contract negotiations and prepare bespoke proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales tactics and maximize market share.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with seasonal promotions and operational capacity.
- Represent the Voco brand at industry networking events, trade shows, and sales missions.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management on progress toward KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably within a luxury or upscale hospitality setting in Singapore.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed individual and team revenue quotas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep knowledge of the Orchard / Central Region hospitality market and corporate client base.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Opera, or similar hotel management systems).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
