Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the hospitality and MICE sectors.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of key accounts, identifying new business opportunities and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance, productivity, and professional development.
- Coordinate closely with operations, marketing, and event planning teams to ensure seamless delivery of client projects.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms, pricing, and profit margins.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for senior management to track progress and forecast sales.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in Sales Management, specifically within the Hospitality or MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) industry.
- Strong understanding of the New Zealand market landscape and customer relationship management principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing sales teams to achieve collective goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
