In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our property, identifying and capturing lucrative sales opportunities across diverse market segments, including Corporate, Government, and Social Events. You will leverage your deep understanding of the Jakarta hospitality market to develop strategic sales plans, cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and consistently exceed revenue targets. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate key market segments including Corporate, Government, and Social Events.
  • Proactively identify and prospect new business leads to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue.
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring repeat business through exceptional service delivery.
  • Conduct professional site inspections and sales presentations for potential clients and key decision-makers.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budget reports, and market analysis to track performance against KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Revenue and Marketing teams to develop compelling packages and promotional campaigns.
  • Represent Veranda Hotels & Residences at industry trade shows, networking events, and conferences.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales, specifically within the Jakarta market.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding annual sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Deep understanding of the local market landscape across Corporate, Government, and Social segments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • High level of proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a high-performing team environment.
