Are you a high-energy hospitality professional with a passion for driving revenue and building lasting client relationships? We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in East Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our hotel, tasked with developing and executing comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue across our room, event organizing (EO), and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments.
As our Sales Manager, you will identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and represent our property to corporate clients and individual guests alike. We are looking for an ambitious professional who thrives on targets, understands the nuances of the Jakarta hospitality market, and has the creative vision to position our hotel as the premier destination for business and leisure events.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive annual sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets for room nights, MICE, and banquet services.
- Proactively prospect and acquire new corporate, government, and individual clients through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Design and implement creative marketing campaigns to promote hotel facilities and event packages.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, including site inspections, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the Operations and F&B departments to ensure seamless execution of events and high-quality guest experiences.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust pricing strategies and service offerings.
- Maintain a robust CRM system to track sales pipelines and provide accurate performance reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in hotel sales, MICE, or corporate account management.
- Strong understanding of the Jakarta hotel market and existing corporate networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong drive for business development and sales growth.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage high-pressure situations, and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
