Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand our HVAC market share in the Selangor region.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including building owners, contractors, and consulting engineers.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and technical consultation to proposal development and contract closing.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Johnson Controls' smart building technologies.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory shifts in the HVAC industry to adjust sales approaches effectively.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for executive leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in technical sales, specifically within the HVAC, Building Management Systems (BMS), or construction industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of HVAC system components and energy efficiency solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas and KPIs.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and effectively manage internal and external stakeholder expectations.
