Are you an ambitious sales leader with a deep technical background in HVAC systems? Hisense is currently seeking a high-performing Sales Manager for our HVAC division in Jakarta Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the market expansion of our advanced climate control solutions, including VRF systems, Chillers, Big Split units, and DX-AHU products.
You will lead strategic initiatives to capture market share, build high-value relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers, and ensure Hisense remains the preferred brand for premium HVAC projects in Indonesia. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed annual revenue targets for VRF, Chiller, and DX-AHU systems.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and technical consultation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including M&E consultants, building developers, and mechanical contractors.
- Provide technical support and product presentations to ensure clients fully understand the value proposition of Hisense HVAC solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines to identify new business opportunities in the region.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and project status updates for regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional sales experience specifically within the HVAC industry.
- Proven track record of managing technical sales for complex projects (VRF/Chillers).
- Deep technical understanding of HVAC system design, inverter technology, and cooling load requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong network within the Indonesian construction and M&E industry.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications effectively.
- Willingness to travel locally to project sites and client meetings as required.
