Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Break down sales targets to team members according to their capabilities and work areas
- Monitor and report sales performance regularly
- Train and develop the sales team's capabilities
- Analyze market and competitors to identify new business opportunities
- Manage relationships with key customers and distributors
- Be responsible for budget planning and cost control in sales
Kualifikasi
- Minimum S1 degree in Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales manager position or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales performance
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Effective leadership skills to lead the sales team
- Able to work under pressure to achieve targets
- Familiar with CRM systems and sales data analysis tools
- Understanding of the food market and F&B industry will be an added advantage
