We're seeking a results-driven professional to drive enterprise adoption of our cutting-edge HCM/HRMS, ERP, Managed Services, and Cloud solutions. In this pivotal role, you'll develop strategic sales initiatives, build high-value client relationships, and lead revenue growth across key industry verticals. Leverage your expertise in B2B sales cycles to identify new opportunities, negotiate complex deals, and position TALENTec as a technology partner of choice. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive adoption of HCM/HRMS, ERP, and Cloud solutions
- Identify and engage enterprise clients across Indonesia to build long-term partnerships
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with product teams to customize solutions for client needs
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies
- Deliver regular sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership
- Train and mentor junior sales staff on product knowledge and techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in technology sector
- Proven track record achieving sales targets in Indonesian market
- Expertise in selling SaaS solutions, HRMS, or ERP platforms
- Strong network of C-level contacts in Indonesian enterprises
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder negotiations
