Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for rotating equipment (industrial fans/pumps)
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and client outreach
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve quarterly targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key industrial clients and distributors
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analytics
- Collaborate with product engineering to enhance customer solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis to refine pricing and positioning strategies
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure client satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, preferably with industrial equipment
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong technical knowledge of rotating machinery systems
- Experience leading and developing sales teams
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
